Flight Attendant
Requirements:

-Male & Female (Malaysian)
-SPM with credit in English and Bahasa Malaysia or equivalent
-Age: between 20 and 35 years old
-Male: Height minimum 170cm, maximum 183 cm barefoot
-Female: Height minimum 157cm, maximum 170cm barefoot
-Eyesight: 6/9
-Good communicational skills
-Happy, fun personality
-Fluent Spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
-1 recent colour passport size photograph
-1 recent colour full body photograph (post card size) (3R)
-Post vacancy for all nationalities

2. Captain
Requirements:

-Pilots with Command experience and a valid Malaysian ATPL required to have
a minimum of 5000 total hours of which includes 1000 hours in Command (P1) are
on Airline Operations MPJ equipped with EFIS/FMS and at least 500 hours (P1)
must be on A320/A330/A340 OR 1500 hours (P1) in Airline Operations MPJ equipped
with EFIS/FMS OR 3000 hours (P1) Airline Operations MPA > 20,000kg.

-Pilots with Command experience and a valid foreign ICAO ATPL required to have
a minimum of 6000 total hours of which 1500 hours (P1) are on Airline Operations
MPJ equipped with EFIS/FMS and shall include a total of 2500 hours on Airline
Operations MPJ > 20,000kg equipped with EFIS/FMS.

-Pilots without Command experience and a valid Malaysian ATPL required to have
a minimum of 5500 total hours of which shall include 2000 hours are on Airline
Operations MPJ equipped with EFIS/FMS OR 1000 hours on type A320/A330/A340.

-Pilots without Command experience and a valid foreign ICAO ATPL required to
have a minimum of 6000 total hours of which shall include 2500 hours are on
Airline Operations MPJ equipped with EFIS/FMS > 20,000kg


3. Project Engineer
Responsibilities:

-Responsible for managing projects and programmes in Engineering, as directed
by the superior
-Helps to manage AirAsia fleet re-delivery back to owners/lessors
-Helps to manage AirAsia fleet insurance and related matters
-Plans, coordinates, directs and / or performs engineering assignments for airline
operations or requirements
-Manages other projects or programmes on ad hoc basis whenever required by AirAsia
management

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, in Aerospace
/ Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
-Aviation related experience would be an advantage

4.Technical Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical services on AirAsia X fleet to ensure a high standard of
service and technical dispatch reliability
-Provide technical support of activities prior to aircraft delivery
-Supply technical services to administer and evaluate technical data for upgrade
and modification of aircraft in revenue service
-Provide technical services to help reduce repair and maintenance costs
-Offer specialist technical advice for resolution of complex and/or unusual
aircraft technical problems, i.e. Investigate repetitive defects and fault finding
defects in the relevant systems
-Liaising and coordination with manufactures, service providers and other suppliers
on technical issues at the operational level.

Requirements:
-Good degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering.
-Proficient in AutoCad program (TSE - Structure)
-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

5. Executive-Industrial Relations, People (HR)
Responsibilities:
-Responsible and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions (local
and overseas) encompassing staffing requirement/reviews, foreign workers affair,
recruitment,placement, career mapping, performance appraisal and all HR related
administration matters.
-Act as a liaison with the authorities (Industrial Relation and any related
government body)and maintain strong rapport
-Managing industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline,grievances,
counseling,conducting domestic inquiries and representing the Company in employee
related matters

Requirements:
-Good Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management,
Law or equivalent
-3 years relevant working experience in Industrial Relations/Employee Relations
ie. staff discipline, domestic inquiry
-Excellent knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing
HR practices and legislation as well as other local statutory requirements
-Happy, fun, bright personality
-Willing to travel
-IT savvy
-Genuine interest to serve people
-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu

6. Advertising & Promotions Executive
Responsibilities:
B-udgets & cost estimates preparation.
-Planning and preparation of advertising and promotional material to increase
sales of products or services, working closely with the marketing department(s),
PR department(s), media owner(s), media and advertising agencie(s), marketing
services supplier(s)/ partners such as design house(s), colour separator(s),
printer(s), etc.
-Quality assurance of layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and
video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
-Coordination of inter-departmental functions, such as marketing, design, finance,
and research/analytics.
-Preparation and negotiation of advertising, media and production contracts.
-Identification and development of contacts for promotional campaigns and industry
programs that meet target audience(s).
-Monitoring and analysing sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness
of promotion campaigns.
-Tracking program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate
each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.

Requirements:
-Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related disciplines
At least 2 years experience in a position of similar capacity

7.Management Accountant
Responsibilities:
-Provide business support through monthly performance review, cost simulation
and evaluation of capital projects
-Participate in the preparation of annual budget
-Assist in monitoring of capital expenditures in investment projects
-Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements
-Identify and implement system and process improvements
-Perform ad hoc analysis as required

Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position
-Analytical, attentive to detail and self-motivated with the ability to work
independently with high degree of maturity, integrity and initiative
-Good communication skill and proficient in MS Word and Excel
-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

8.Accountant
Responsibilities:
-Prepare internal monthly and external quarterly Group Reporting and ensure
submission deadline is met
-Prepare Statutory Accounts in compliance with statutory requirements
-Provide support for completion of internal and external audit/tax reporting/government
returns

Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting and/or recognised professional Accounting qualification
e.g. ACCA or CIMA and MIA
-Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in Statutory and Group
reporting in an MNC environment
-Good knowledge of current accounting standards and their applications with
internal control experience
-Good understanding of financial accounting processes and systems, including
key interfaces between businesses
-Strong personal conviction for work excellence, tolerance for stress and able
to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail
-Fast learner, possess initiative with good interpersonal skills and the ability
to work independently & effectively, as well as imparting knowledge to subordinates
-Good supervisory skills

9. Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
-TO ENSURE THAT ALL INVOICES ARE CAPTURED IN SYSTEM
-TO ENSURE THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE WITHIN CREDIT TERMS
-ASSIST IN MONTH-END CLOSING (AR / AP / BANK RECON / FIXED ASSETS)
-LIAISE WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS, CLIENTS, BANKERS
-ASSIST WITH OTHER AD-HOC ACCOUNTING DUTIES WHEN NECESSARY

Requirements:
-STPM / DIPLOMA / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION EQUIVALENT OR ABOVE
-AT LEAST 2 YEARS RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING
-MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE & FAMILIAR WITH MICROSOFT EXCEL
-INDEPENDENT WORKER & TEAM PLAYER
-ABLE TO COMMUNICATION & INTEREACT WITH FINANCE & OTHER DEPTS

10. Station Head
Responsibilities:
-Optimum manpower and resource utilization through strategic planning, organizing,
controlling, monitoring and leading
-Interact, liaise and manage relationship with other operating departments,
external vendor and suppliers, government and regulatory bodies
-Responsible for general administration of the station which encompasses asset
management, administrative and minor human resource activity at station
-Managing operations covering all ground related aspects following Standard
Operation Procedures, enforcing safety and security at all times and to ensure
consistent achievement of set KPIs
-Develop annual facility and manpower budget, monitor and ensure ongoing adherence
to budget
-Document processes and procedures on all aspects of the station’s operational
scope, including equipment, technology and people management to maximize productivity
at the same time maintain motivated and effective work force

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
or Professional Degree in Commerce, Airline Operation/Airport Management or
equivalent.
-Required skill(s): Airline Background/Travel Industry.
-Preferred skill(s): Authority and Gorvement.
-Required language(s): English and local dialect
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
-Preferably Senior Managers specializing in or equivalent.
