Head of Commercial Services Division
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
More than 10 years property experience with proven exposure in retail / shopping mall management, tenant & leasing.
Confident and comfortable in influencing at all levels both internally and externally, particularly at CEO and Board Director level.
Strong track record in the delivery of targets. Tenacious and resilient.
Strong leadership and excellent networking skill with tenants, vendors, trade as well as internal staff
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Senior Executive
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or related field.
5 years of extensive experience in auditing, corporate governance and risk management processes.
Member of IIAM and possession of CIA qualification will be added advantage.
Should have strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
Possess a high level of integrity, positive thinking, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
Able to work in a multi disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure
Head of Section, Information System Services
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in either IT or related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in software/hardware administration and supports for IIS application (Messaging system, Fileserver, Domain Controller, Website, Portal, eServer, Card Access System And System Development)
Good working knowledge in the following:
Programming TSQL for MS SQL 7 / 2000,
Crystal Reporting tools
Programming in Visual Studio.NET (VB/C#)/JavaScript/ Java/C
Programming in Lotus Script and Lotus Domino Application Development (version 7)
Administer and Development at least in MS SQL 7 / 2000 database server above,Oracle 9i database server and above, MySQL and other relational databases.
Administer Microsoft server operating system; Ms Win NT 4.0, 2000, 2003, Linux Operating system; Suse10, Fedora, Red Head, Ubuntu etc.
Handling Microsoft Office tools / Open Office.

Good analytical and problem solving skill
Fast learner and able to work independently under minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
Creative with enthusiasm in work assigned.

Analyst Programmer
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good Knowledge of appication systems in relation to system design, development and maintenance especially in Client/Server environment, application programming and support Hands-on experience in administrating MS SQL Server database, Oracle database, Reporting Tools and Stored Procedures. Working knowledge of server operating system and hardware preferred (OS platform i.e. Windows NT4.0, Windows 2003 and Windows 2000 Strong Analytical and problem solving skills in developing and designing solutions Able to work / standby after office working hours, weekend and public holidays and possess own transport Possess good interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Self motivated and a fast learner with strong team spirit Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Preferably specializing in IT/Computer - System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Manager Quality Assurance
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 8 years working experience in engineering field.
High level on integrity, good analytical skills and ability to learn fast and work independently.
Self motivated, high self discipline and make sound judgment and decision.
Capable to communicate and work with people at all levels in Bahasa Melayu and English both verbal and written.
Sound knowledge in mechanical and/or electronics design.
Ability to work independently and willing to work under pressure to meet deadline.

Requirements :
