Responsibilities:
The Administration Officer is responsible to assist and provide support in the administration and facilities areas by performing a variety of administrative/clerical routine, including recording information.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognised Diploma/ Certificate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year administration experience
- Organised and meticulous.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia - spoken and written.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and proper safety precautions.
- Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Applications(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
