Customer Service Assistant (MYNIC BHD)

Job Description:
1. To handle and assist customer in domain name registration enquiries
2. To process and verify incoming and outgoing faxes
3. To process and verify users application and update information into .my DOMAIN REGISTRY System
4. To assist Registration unit in reporting and escalating system problem and error
5. To liaise with other parties to resolve problem
6. Perform other related task assigned from time to time

Qualification:
1. Certificate or diploma in Computer Science
2. Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Experience in customer service environment
4. Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Office and e-mail applications
5. Able to work overtime if required
6. Able to work under minimum supervision
7. Ambitious and willing to learn new things
8. Team work is essential
