Job Description:
* Responsible for assisting in full spectrum of financial and accounting function
* Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
* Reconcile all AR control and individual balances with the rest of the accounting and CRM systems
* Assist in the collection, processing & bank-in of cheques
* Maintain proper audit trails and records
* Prepare statistics, analysis and performance measurements and indicators
* Any other administrative and accounting duties that are assigned
Job Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
* 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
* Ability to communicate, negotiate and work well as a team member
* Independent, ability to work under pressure within tight timelines with minimal supervision
* Meticulous and possess good personality, integrity and highly proactive attitude
* Familiar with Excel & Word; those with Accpac Accounting software experience will have an advantage
* Preference will be given to applicants who can start work earlier.
* Salary will commensurate with applicant's abilities and experiences.
